The team you will be working with:
Landing Aquaculture designs and manufactures land-based farms and recirculation systems. We are a close-knit team of creative engineers and consultants who believe in doing things right.In our flat organisational structure, your ideas won’t just be heard—they’ll drive real change. We value clear communication, integrity, and a collaborative approach in every project. As part of a close-knit team of engineers and consultants, you’ll work alongside sales, operational managers, RAS engineers, and other consultants.
Who we are looking for
You preferably tick these boxes:

You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering (or another relevant field).

As an experienced project manager, you have proven experience of keeping projects within budget, on schedule, and aligned with quality standards.

You’re a strong communicator who addresses issues openly, and you easily navigate communication across all levels.

Naturally curious, you stay informed on project developments and understand the impact of changes on project execution and outcomes.

In short; you think conceptually and provide project members with guidance.
What you will be doing
Here is what your job will look like:
Thanks to your close collaboration with sales, you’re always aware of new projects early on and you stay informed about potential changes to ongoing projects. You understand that “friction creates brilliance” and use this mindset to smoothly bring our complex projects to completion on time, within budget, and with the right quality and people. With your technical background, you know exactly what questions to ask, ensuring the project team understands what needs to be done and when, while providing clear feedback to you. You have a strong interest in the details and enjoy diving into Landing Aquaculture’s work. In our scale-up environment, you appreciate the dynamic nature of a setting where not everything is clearly defined. Your proactive attitude brings clarity and structure to the team.

Your key responsibilities:
- Client and Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the main contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and high satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry partners to support successful project outcomes.
- Quality Assurance
- Ensure all project deliverables meet company quality standards and client expectations.
- Implement quality control processes to align final deliverables with project requirements.
- Project Planning and Budget Management
- Oversee project budgets, maintaining strict financial control and efficient expense reporting.
- Effectively coordinate project planning and execution to ensure alignment with operational goals and budget constraints.
- Resource Allocation
- Manage resource allocation across projects to ensure necessary resources are available and optimally utilised.
- Work closely with relevant departments to prevent bottlenecks and maintain smooth project progression.
